COVID Mobile Activations

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, people are limited in their ability to travel to experiences and shops they enjoy. Brands are therefore in a position to rethink how to reach and interact with consumers to maintain brand loyalty in this new climate.

Our goal was to create a unique set of offerings that will allow brands, organizations, and individuals to bring product or services to their clientele while also adhering to the CDC Social Distancing Guidelines. Each of these offering can be customized to any industry and can be disinfected and reused multiple times in order to recreate the experience and stretch budget. Customization could range from graphic applications to technical integrations to adjustable scenic elements, etc.

OFFERING 1 \\ Mobile Vending

In this concept, customers would purchase products online and a mobile vending truck would come to them to deliver the items they purchased. What differentiates this from a service like Amazon or FedEx is that the mobile vehicle can be customized to have additional automat style purchase-at-truck options.

OFFERING 2 \\ Mobile Showroom

In this concept, brands would choose which products or storytelling they want to highlight in a mobile showroom setting. This would be a more literal translation of a brick and mortar retail space into a mobile application. One especially unique aspect of this approach is the opportunity for additional integration of tech. Although the physical retail footprint for brands might decrease when translating to a mobile unit, the addition of digital display and selling tools can create a full product shopping experience.

OFFERING 3 \\ Service Hub

In order to provide customer service so integral to how some companies connect with their audience, this mobile concept provides a space for brands to connect with their customers in a more personal manner. One example of how this could work lies in dealing with technical trouble shooting. If a customer is having issues setting up a new technical device, they could set an appointment at this mobile service unit to have their issue resolved.
